New FMCSA carrier data, delivered every Monday

Newly authorized
for-hire carriers,
delivered weekly.

Every carrier with a freshly granted FMCSA for-hire authority, delivered weekly. Pending and active, phone-first, ready for your dialer.

Phone-first contact data Pending and active, labeled Updated weekly CSV / XLSX, CRM-ready No contracts, cancel anytime

Built for whoever needs to reach new carriers first

A new authority needs services fast, and within days they are on five call lists. Whoever reaches them first, with a working phone number, usually wins the account.

Freight Factoring

Catch carriers on load one.

Carriers with new authority need working capital as they begin operating. Reach them while they are still deciding, before they commit to another factor.

Trucking Insurance

Quote them while they're shopping.

Every new authority is legally required to carry insurance and is actively comparing quotes. Reach them before they sign a policy.

A clean file, every week, ready for your CRM.

Every carrier that recently received a new for-hire authority from FMCSA, with verified phone and address.

  • Newly registered authorities
Recent FMCSA registrations only. No historical dump.
  • Pending and active, labeled
Tagged separately so your team can work them differently.
  • Phone-first contact data
Direct numbers from FMCSA filings, plus email when available.
  • De-duplicated and verified
No junk rows, no repeats. Every row is a usable lead.

Why not just pull the data yourself?

It's possible, but here's what that involves.

vs. scraping FMCSA yourself

FMCSA's public systems are undocumented, rate-limited, and restructured without notice. A reliable feed takes months to build and constant maintenance to keep running. We've already done it.

vs. generic lead lists

A purchased list is a snapshot from months ago. Every record in this feed received its for-hire authority recently, compiled and delivered weekly.

vs. cheap data dumps

An archive of old authorities lists carriers who have already chosen their vendors. A newly authorized carrier is still making those decisions, which is when reaching them is most useful.

The edge

Most data sources surface authorities only after they are granted. Fronthaul delivers pending applications too, so you can reach new carriers before they are even operational and before your competitors can.

What buyers ask before signing up

Where does the data come from?
Public FMCSA registration records. We aggregate, clean, de-duplicate and label them into a ready-to-use file, delivered weekly.
How fresh is the data?
Every delivery is built from the latest FMCSA registration activity. All subscribers receive deliveries every Monday. Records are typically days old by the time they reach you.
What is the difference between pending and active?
Pending means the application is filed but not yet granted. Active means it is granted. Both are labeled so you can work them differently.
What format is the delivery?
A clean CSV or XLSX spreadsheet that drops straight into your CRM or dialer.
Why phone-first and not email?
Newly authorized carriers often haven't set up a business website or email yet. The phone number from the FMCSA filing is the reliable way to reach them. Email is included when available.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly. One email to hello@fronthauldata.com cancels it. No forms, no fees.
Do you cover my state?
The State plan covers 1 state of your choice. The Regional plan covers up to 5 states you select. The National plan covers all 46 states in our feed, with no per-state filtering needed.
